What to Expect at Circuit of the Americas April 2, 2019 It's Time to Drive Your Dream Whether you're a seasoned Supercar driver or you stick to the streets, driving Circuit of the Americas is an absolute thrill. You feel like a pro as you pass through the garages, step into the grid, and climb into the latest Ferrari, Lamborghini, or Porsche! F1 fans will enjoy experiencing the famous turns seen in race coverage and walking the grounds in person. Don't let the massive scale of this venue intimidate you, our track-trained instructors ensure you will make the most of every mile at this legendary track! Check-In & Classroom Session Specific check-in instructions (such as arrival time or garage number) is emailed directly to participants before the event. To avoid any issues you may encounter with traffic/parking/etc., we recommend arriving approximately 15-20 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. Arriving early also gives you extra time to explore the facilities with your guests before the excitement begins. Inside Track: Danny Soufi February 22, 201915-year-old Danny Soufi doesn’t remember a time that he didn’t love cars; in fact, his first word was “Audi.” The son of a Longhorn Racing Academy driving instructor, Soufi remembers first heading out to the track when he was just four, long before his feet could reach the pedals. As the youngest person ever to win the Spec Miata Championship, Soufi, now a high school student, is on his way to pro racing. Getting Behind The Wheel    Soufi, who spent nearly every weekend at the track as a child, first went behind the wheel at age eight at Harris Hill Raceway, where his dad was an instructor.“My dad spent all those weekends coaching me to be safe and to get consistently faster. I realized that was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Inside Track: Ryan Yard February 18, 2019 Getting Behind The Wheel    It all started with a Supercar gift card. In _____, Yard’s family gave him a gift card for a high-performance driving experience with Longhorn Racing Academy. One spin around Harris Hill Raceway's 1.8-mile, 11-turn track instantly hooked him. So much so that he told Varun Idnani, the Longhorn Racing Academy's owner and managing partner, that he would buy the bright green Porsche he was piloting from him. Idnani initially thought Yard was joking, but two drives later he ended up doing just that. Revving Up Learning to drive competitively soon became a conviction for Yard, and everything in life began to take orbit around it. He completed 45 days of driving with PCA. Next came a high performance driving education (HPDE) event run by the Longhorn Racing Academy. Many private coaching sessions followed as Yard honed his racing technique and confidence behind the wheel. A few months later, he found himself at the Porsche Sport Driving School in Birmingham, AL, earning his competition license and having it signed by famed driver Hurley Haywood. NOTE: The time slot you select below represents the start of your mandatory classroom session. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to complete check-in. Your session will last approximately 90 minutes total.

Begin the day with a 20-minute safety briefing and classroom session. Then enjoy two exhilarating laps around this world famous circuit with a track-trained professional ensuring you make the most of every mile!
