Collection of Personal Information

The Longhorn Racing Academy (LRA) may collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email. If you complete a purchase of an LRA experience or retail item, we collect billing and credit card information used to complete the transaction.

Use of Personal Information

The Longhorn Racing Academy collects and utilizes personal information to operate the LRA website, deliver requested services, inform customers of additional products and services, and conduct surveys to optimize customer experience. The Longhorn Racing Academy does not sell, rent, or lease the personal information of customers.

Media Release

Each participant grants permission to The Longhorn Racing Academy and its employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce photographs, video, audio, or statements taken of/from participants and their guests for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. Participants hereby release The Longhorn Racing Academy and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said media. Furthermore, participants grant permission to use said media, with or without attribution, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. Participants waive the right to any compensation. Participants agree to this media release in The Longhorn Racing Academy’s Terms & Conditions before confirming each booking.
